The service

Footnotely samples answers from third-party AI systems and reports how often they mention you. AI answers vary and change. Our figures are measurements of a sample, not guarantees of what any user will see.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for only tracking brands and domains you're entitled to analyse. Don't abuse the free tools or attempt to overload third-party sites.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD in advance through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Taxes are added where required. Cancel anytime. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
